These apartments are a great buy for the money! Even though they are older, they are well taken care of and are very close to campus. I ride my bike to school when it is not cold or snowing. I like the managers and met the owners once. They all seem to be interested in taking care of the apartment complex. I consider myself lucky to be here and to pay what we pay. I had a problem with my apartment once, but it was taken care of really fast, so as far as I see it, this is a wonderful place to live.
