Don't rent from Mienco properties

Moved in to a dirty apartment.
Moved out and the apartment was clean.
Charged me a $150.
Called and complained and they lied like crazy.
Said the apartment was dirty when we left and that it took them hours to get it clean.
When we moved in the internet didnt work and I called and asked why.
They said it must be my computer.
They wanted to charge me for sending their guy out.
When the guy got there he told me that they have tons of problems because some high school kid wired the apartments for internet and that my apartment was never properly set up for internet.

Meinco properties has MUCH better managers now. the old managers (years ago) were terrible and lazy and honery, but the managers now are super easy to work with and actually nice! they get things fixed right away.
