Me and my husband have lived at Peterson Pointe for almost 2 years now. The other review was accurate in saying that the buildings are owned by different people. But we have a ton of friends in these apartments and I don't know of anyone who dislikes them. In fact, these are without a doubt the best apartments for married students in Rexburg. We pay $590/month and that includes all utilities (including cable and internet). We rent from the Peterson's themselves and they are always easy to get a hold of and are very good at responding to any problems that you may have. But honestly, we haven't had any issues with the apartments. They're new and very clean and they even have a washer and dryer which is great. We live on the bottom floor and our neighbors above us are a little noisy but it's not bad. We used to live on the top floor and never even heard a peep from our neighbors. I honestly think that noise is more of an issue with your neighbors than the actual apartments.
