I moved in with a pretty green manager so things are shaky, but the apartments themselves aren't bad. Parking hasn't been a problem yet, and I leave often to need to find another spot a couple times a day. The internet is reliable, but it is ethernet cable, so make sure you get a long cable to move around the apartment with.I live on the third floor though, and it's still pretty easy to hear looud bumps and noises from other apartments, and mine is next to the stairwell so there's only one apartment that borders mine. Once the new auditorium is done and the sidewalks directly into campus are open again it will be a prime property to live in in my opinion. It's really close to Horkley's, Taco Time, and Little Caesars, and not a bad walk from Broulims and that strip either. I definitely recommend living in Royal Crest.
