I have been reading a few of the reviews and I think some of these people are a little crazy who write these. For instance, the people who said the managers treat everyone "like they are babies who need to be taken care of" were mistaken. They have always been good to us and helped us when we need something. I have never had a problem getting in the lounge. My husband and I have gone in there a few times to play ping pong and have not had a problem. Maybe that has changed since the past. It's true the prices are going up to be the same as some apartments with two bedrooms, but the electric bills are so low...at least for us. We paid an average of $15.00 a month in the winter. I think I turned the heater on two times for about an hour each time during the winter. Yes, there are some weeds in the flower beds, but the grass is always cut and it's green. No, there is not much room if you have a kid.
