Beware This apartment has black mold and the landlady doesn't care what happens to anybody. She charges you for everything under the sun. By the way she doesn't care if you get sick from the OBVIOUS black mold, and she broke 3 of the state guidelines. Good luck -----.

As of Nov 2012 The new manager is obviously inexperienced. Expect a long response time to any concerns. Laundry prices are rising with threats of higher prices. Internet is slow. Big windows (with no view) cause drafts and heat loss. And the new water park across the street brings around unwelcome

Great Experience My wife and I lived in the Village for 19 Months and left only for an internship. We love it here and plan to move back. The staff is friendly and helpful. They learn your names and get to know you personally. Maintenance is on hand and will typically fix any issue within 24 hours.
