My husband & I lived in this complex right after high school. It was ok. The units are very small. The appliances needed to be updated at that time. The laundry room was usually dirty. Parking is O K. Except when some jerk parked a trailer there & that was a pain & management refused to make anyone move it. It worked at the time but I wouldn't go back. One major problem was during winter the steps (which are metal lattice type design) get very slick & they do give you de-icer but when there's holes in the steps because of the way the metal was made it doesn't do any good & caused me to fall on the steps, luckily we had no kids. Also I wasn't carrying anything at that time it would be very unsafe for someone carrying a infant in a car seat or elderly.
