This complex comes with many rules. Very anti-pet. About three weeks after moving in be ready for the $1000 pet deposit that they will demand. Make sure your pet makes absolutely no noise what so ever or the management will let you know that they can evict you. If you have kids, they can scream at all hours. No rules about that. Would keep looking for soemthing else or live in a box unless you wnt to be treated as econd class because you have a pet.

Well you must have moved in and not notified them of your pet! I live there now and I have a pet and the people there are GREAT!!!! I told them I have a pet and I only paid 300.00 for a deposit plus the regular deposit. I also noticed that when my pet is too loud the neighbors do complain but they just notify me to keep it down and they do the same with the kids if its too loud after 10pm. Maybe you should understand and read your lease before you move in somewhere and trash them when you get in trouble for it!

When I moved in, I asked if they needed to meet my pet. They said no and asked for no further deposits. It was after 3 weeks when they demanded the 1000.00. I read the lease and followed the rules. I think you are one of the very few that have no problems or you work for them.
