Great Apartments - Overall a very good apartment complex. Clean! I'll admit it isn't noise-free, but what complex is? The management is very professional, and I was impressed w/how timely they respond to any maintenance issues. Seriously, they that day... or they schedule an appointment. People are nice. Falling on deaf ears - We moved on a first floor apartment, first mistake. I moved in shortly after the community opened up and really enjoyed my time there. The staff was extremely friendly and having access to the gym any time was an added bonus. The other residents at the property have always been good, friendly people.

My expierience I lived at Fawnbrook for six months. I lived in an upstairs apartment and the person who lived below me would play there music loud every night. I called the manager's office several times and it never stopped. My car was broken into twice and I finally left after my lease

Peace and Quiet Does Not Exist If you live on the first or second floor you will hear practically every foot step taken by the residents above you. The footsteps aren't muffled at all either. At night I have a humidifier going, a fan on high, and earplugs in but I will still be woken
