Just Okey - The apartments here are really, just okey. The maintence guy is never around when you need him, and he really takes his times getting to do the jobs. Not to mention that the guy who owns this place is currently living in Montana, so it's really hard to get him. I was a tenet for 6 months here and we're being relocated to Round Rock, TX for Dell. My expierience - I lived at Fawnbrook for six months. I lived in an upstairs apartment and the person who lived below me would play there music loud every night. I called the manager's office several times and it never stopped. My car was broken into twice and I finally left after my lease expired. The apartments were trashy, the appliances were garbage and the heating did NOT work. Our neighbors were drug dealers and solicited sex as well. We were a couple apartments from a child
