Bradford Court

My car was towed by Kelly Towing in September. I live in Bradford Courts and had a parking pass for the month of September which was yellow and visible on the rearview mirror. On my tow report it stated my car was towed because the pass was face down on the front seat and the driver couldnt see the date which isnt true it was hanging on the rearview mirror with the date showing when I returned from work. About 11:30p.m and parked my car. The drive admitted he saw the pass on the seat if the tow company is contracted with my complex why was it they didnt know yellow was the color for that month. I tried to contest my car being towed and in the end I paid $385 to get my car back. I have since found out that they use the same line on most of the tenants, "the pass wasnt visible. Even if you have a valid parking pass they tow your car anyway and once you get you car back the pass is always on the floor or face down on the seat. I have witness 2 cars being towed since then with passes the excuses for that was the plates were expired. Besides the parking hassles Bradford Courts and all of the staff come highly recommended. The maintenance is always punctual and polite when they come to do any repairs and the office personal all make sure matter are always handled ASAP. I would recommend this complex as a good place to live to everyone.
