Not a great place for children

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I resided at Bradford Court for about 2 years. My apartment was very spacious but annoying with all the mice and roaches. It was difficult in the evening to find a park even though I had a sticker to park. People are constantly loitering. I know that they are now under new management, but during the 2 years I was there, the complex was under new management 3 times! Children are out all times of the night and the police are constantly patrolling the area due to drug traffic. Not kid-friendly at all.
