Good for illegal substance users

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
I have seen SEVERAL people coming in and out of the building next to me. Very suspicious to me so I started paying closer attention. I found that these dealers werent even hiding the fact they were selling there by meeting some people out in the parking lot to do their sale. This was very disturbing to me and I quickly moved out of the apartment the first chance I got. Not a good place at all for kids.
