The manangement at Somerset showed me a model apartment and assured my apartment would be in the same condition. Making excuses, they stalled every time I attempted to see the actual apartment until the day before move in. After I moved in they attempted to quiet my complaints by having the engineer make repairs he was not qualified to do. Of course, he botched the job. They also promised they would be replacing the outer doors to the building which are falling apart. It?s been 9 months... still nothing. I have complained about a security door not locking properly on four occassions. It is still not repaired. I would not recommend Somerset Park Apartments to anyone.
