In a neighboring building on the complex had their apartment broken into by, they think, the management, or members of. They lived on the 3rd Floor and neither of the downstairs entry doors were broken into!! Go figure. Suddenly, when the couple announce to management that they are moving out, management told them that there is a new rule that in order to renew their lease (for what, they were leaving!!!) they needed to do a walk thru. The couple politely agreed, even though they were moving out, so that they would be sure to get their deposit back. A day after the walk-thru, their apartment was broken into. They've lived here 5 years and never had any problems like that!!! Management was hostile towards them when they questioned them about who walked through their apartment!!! Management took three days before fixing their kicked in door!!! The property manager, or so called, tried to get the couple to pay for the repairing of the door!!! What a joke!!! SOMERSET IS THE PITS!!!!
