Alright - The good: Nice hardwood floors, plenty of hot water, adequate amount of parking, nice hallways (pretty crown molding and mirrors/paintings), pretty kitchen, lots of space in a 1 bedroom. Overall a nice neighborhood during the day (less safe at night - Tanglewood next door is less safe of an area).
