Pro:
1. Convenient location - near train station and shopping centers. Not far from highway either.
2. Nice fitness center with 2 swimming pools.
Con:
1. The apartment is very dry due to the weird central air system. Everythng in the apartment can be covered by a layer of dust within 1 week.
2. The expensive rent doesn't include any utility.
3. Unprofessional customer service and poor maintenance efficiency.
4. Very limited parking space in the garage.
5. Paper-thin walls do not block the noise from neighbors and the street.
