I just read all these bad reviews and wanted to balance it out with a good one. We've lived here about 6 months and so far everything has been really great. The building is always really clean, and when we moved in the carpet looked brand new and the countertops were brand new. It is a little expensive, but for us it's worth it. It's right in downtown Arlington Heights, so you're within walking distance of the train, restaurants, bars. I feel really safe in the neighborhood, and there are security doors so you have to have a key or get buzzed in. As long as they don't raise the rent too much by the end of the summer, we are definitely planning on renewing our lease.
