I had a really good experience when first moving into this apartment building. It's a nice community in a perfect location. My room was spacious and came with in-unit laundry. People in the leasing office were nice and efficient. They would even leave a message in my answering machine when I had a package held in the leasing office.

However everything became different since they changed all the staff in the leasing office. Right now, in addition to the lousy management and lazy staff, the slow maintenance response and non-stop noisy construction just keep annoying me. I guess quality people in their office just found better jobs and left. Of course if you never contact the leasing office for maintenance issues and you don't mind paying the extra charges of water, gas, rent increase and renewal fee, you will like this apartment. I have noticed that many of my neighbors have moved out. I will move out as soon as I find a new place near this location.
