Only the location is worth it.

The location is the only good part about living here. The dryers are a complete joke. They don't even vent to the outside - there is a hose that pumps the dryer air into the apartment. That feels great when it's summer and they still haven't turned the air conditioning on. They don't do anything about noise complaints. When we moved in we asked about noise and they said it wasn't a problem. They also said to go to them if it was noisy and they would take care of it. Well, our neighbors love to blast B NINETY SUCKS at all hours and when we went to complain, guess what' They told us they couldn't do anything about it and that we should go knock on their door and try to work it out with them. Also, there has been a rash of smash and grabs in the parking lot. Cars have been getting their windows smashed out. The office's way of notifying everyone is to put up some note in the garbage chute instead of in the elevator where they usually post notices. I guess they don't want future tenants to know what it's really like. We have had so much stuff in our apartment break that we actually stopped calling maintenance to come after about the fifth time they were here in two months. The only good thing is that we heard they may be turning this place into condos. Why anyone would buy one of these units is beyond me, but at least we'd have a reason to break our lease and move out.
