Not sure why people are saying "hidden fees"

Hi there--
I don't live at this property (yet) but I did go look at this property today and meet w/ one of the leasing agents. In regards to the "hidden fees" everyone else seems to be talking about here, they were all disclosed to me in writing ($250 amenity fee, cat depost and "cat rent", utility fee, etc.) Just wanted to pipe up and say that at least w/ the agent I met with, everything in terms of those fees was fully disclosed, even though we were "just looking" and didn't sign a lease. Management showed us a furnished model as well as several vacant apartments, and the vacant ones had brand-new appliances, and were extremely courteous and didn't try to hard-sell us even though we made it clear we were "jut looking". I was also struck by how quiet the building is and how quiet the units I toured all were. I couldn't hear any noise from any of the other units, even in the hallway. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
