I am a resident for 2 years, never undergo such kind of problem and seems these are all false and hostile comment about the place,I am satisfied with the companies policy and all my questions are answered base on what my needs and if they cannot get an answer they will get your number and call you back with specific answers,they never forget what you've ask and if you have something done in your apartment they came and left some notes of what is the problem and what they completed on that day and staff at the office will call for follow-up if everything is okey. Everytime you go down to the office they always ask how's your apartment is there anything they can do' I am always in good spirit.
UTILITIES!!! haha! people who complained never owned a house before, I guess!, the utilities are very affordable, everywhere you go if you live in an apartment you will pay utilities,unless you go to those cheap places ,you pay what you get and be miserable forever.Utilities is based on the Sq.ft. and the occupants and no matter what you are only paying your usage, hot water uses heat. I cannot believed! how miserable these guy who think all along he is paying his neighbors bills! that is not true.I have a consistent bill unless the gas raise their prices.I don't think its fair for the management, we cannot say all are positive in this place! But! Hello!! they have more than 20,30 to a hundreds apartment to take care and make sure everyone is satisfied...NO HIDDEN CHARGES!OKEY!!!everything is free service even changing light bulbs are free...I definitely recommend the place...If you have questions...Do ask and listen well!!!they explained the terms of their leases well and conditions of moving in and out when I first sign my lease....
