Don't live in the 11-story building...

..if you want to get some sleep. If you do, try to get a unit that faces the train station and not the street.
If you do live on the street side, you'll be subjected to street noise, idiots in the parking desk that leave their car alarms running all night, semitrucks constantly loading and unloading starting at 5am (even on weekends), diesel smoke from the trucks blowing in your window, noise from your idiot neighbors using the trash chute at all hours of the night, the list goes on and on.
Management, while friendly, does nothing to try and stop the noise that's preventable. Ask for a discount on the useless (and non-refundable) "amenity fee" and use it to buy a pair of earplugs.
