This place sucks BIG time and note it has a new name "Avalon Arlington". Rental agent told me before I moved in the pool was rented out to a swim school "3 hours in the morning", but that's a LIE. The pool is not swimmable because up to 50 kids under the age of six swim in it every day and at PEAK use hours too! (4-8pm and in the early morning too). The pool stinks of chlorine and since I own a Florida home with a pool and took a 32-hour course on pool care, if a pool stinks of chlorine that means it is full of urine.
They charge tenants $250/year for 'amenities", non refundable too. They charge us for the pool and then RENT IT OUT TO A SWIM SCHOOL. I will be moving out shortly. I only moved in here for the indoor pool, not a cesspool.

I agree 200%. Very disappointed. Management is not resident oriented at all. They used to be good but changed since old management team left in 2007.
