My wife and I lived there for almost two years. Great location, close to train to downtown Chicago, restaurants, movie theatre, all walking distance. The apt is fair, nothing luxurious but nice and clean. On the 11th floor there are great views but noise from the central AC unit. Overall the neighbors are very civilized, and we never (but once) had a complaint. Nice outdoor pool, the gym is small but OK. The inside pool is nothing special.

There is a small park right in front of the building and a public library at walking distance. Arlington Heights is a nice middle class neighborhood.
