I'm pretty surprised about all the negative posts on here, I've been very happy here. I moved in before the management change last year, and I haven't had any problems with the new manager or her staff. The only thing that you have to do is let them know there's a problem and they'll take care of it.
Yes, I agree the rent increases were high last year, although I'm happy that EVERYONE got them instead of playing favorites and negotiating rents. This year my rent increase was 1% so I guess it depends on what's going on in the economy'
Maintenance is fantatsic, never had a problem.
Amenity fee sucks, but they always do resident events each month which makes me feel better since I don't always use the fitness room or other amenities. They even had a wine tasting event (free) and an aweosome barbecue with kareoke and free alcohol!
Pefect location, always stuff to do in Arlington Heights, and good staff. Stop complaining!
