Nice place and good Management staff. Little costly.

I was little surprised to see few negative comments (I need to be beware of the problems described in such reviews).
I recently moved here and in my last 1 month interaction with management office , I found them quite friendly. Place is little costly, but I think it is due to its location.
Prior moving to this place I was staying in downtown Chicago in a building called Presidential Towers horribly managed by Waterton. As compared to them, Avalon people are very nice and friendly.
I am enjoying it at the moment !!
Only pain point was the short term lease premium that is 300$ per month for short term lease.
