I lived in Arbor lakes for 1 year and it was a pretty decent exerience, except for 1 time when I had to pay $50 as late fee penalty. Most places will waive off the late fee for the first time, and especially if you are only 1 day late, but not Arbor lakes.
Other than that, the maintainance was excellent. The free breakfast in the mornings as quite good. The apartments were great, storage room is quite big and useful, and if you are staying on the second floor, the washer/dryer unit is almost like in-house unit. Overall, I would definately recommend this place.
