I have just discovered this sight and would like to add my 2 cents. For the guy who had the parcel messed up, how are you going to blame the office' Grow up. In the last year yes there has been changes in the office for the better. Any time I am in the office I am greeted with a smile and hello and I am not white, so for the idiot thats claims they treat non-white people differant please! The office is always more then willing to go out of their way for the residents.
