This complex is a dead end. It is going to be a hot bed of drug dealers and whores before long. Manaement will rent to Anyone and do not give a ---- about the people who have liked living in a nice quiet place for many years. I know of 2 tenents who are moving out right now because of the noise of crappy tenents and lack of management response on ANY subject. I was lied to bald-faced from so called management people for over 6 months. They were to stupid to realize that a burst pipe filled up a pond with silt, then turned on the water feature connected to it and burned it out. After it didn't work, they actually told me the (get this) underground pump was hit by lightning and they were taking bids to get it fixed. That was May, no water feature was ever fixed and they want you to pay extra for all the so called nice summer fearures. Now they want you to pay for basics like water and sewer service. This place should be shut down for lack of even basic services even though they SREAM about how good they are.
