Although the apartments are nice and well kept, the management at Arbor Lakes is not worth it. The leasing office is never available to you. They overcharge on water and garbage. They have never gotten a bill right. They send threatening letters about unimportant incidents to the residents. For example...I had a dog at the apartment and one weekend when I was away (and the dog was with me) I came back to find a letter taped to my front door with a complaint regarding the noice my dog made all weekend. The notice threaten to have my dog removed and charge me $300 for the complaint.
They also do not tell you that when you move out, you have to sign some paperwork and if you do not, they will charge you an unreasonable fee. They are unsympathetic and unreasonable at the leasing office.
