Fair warning to anyone looking to rent here, these goons want $200 just for an application and processing fee. Plus, the price you see, you probably won't get. I found a pretty good price on the 'net and they told my girlfriend that we could get that price. But once we started the application process, they said that they didn't have that price anymore.
