To those of you, who have nothing better to do then sit at your computer and critize, how sad! I have been a resident for four years, yes, there have been changes, yes there have been problems, and yes everyone has faults. But, if you look at how this community has changed and the residents have grown up and relized that maybe they where the problem to begin with, because they never seeked anyone advice or help. This community is a great home! a great staff! and great residents with a few miss-haps here and there. Again, to have the time to sit and critize without ever trying to correct the problem is your fault and not anyone elses.
thank you arbor lakes
A long term resident.

I have lived at Arbor lakes for more than a year and just today gave my notice to move out. I was told by Linda and Helen that if I was to move out all I would have to do was give a sixty day notice and thier would be no buy out fee. This was a lie they are charging one month rent over the sixty days. I confronted them and they admit that they lie to pleople about this fee but said that I should have read my lease agreement. So for all the good people out there do not live here because thease people are just liers and thieves.
