This place is going downhill.

Small, but safe, this used to be an acceptable place. Lately, though, it has been deteriorating. Management no longer cleans regularly and repairs look like they were done by an elementary school student practicing do-it-yourself construction. Grounds are littered with glass liquor bottles and debris.
Other disadvantages: No heat thermostats inside apartments, therefore, no way to regulate temperature; very thin walls with no soundproofing or sound-absorbing materials; heavy infestations of spiders and other insects.

I completely disagree. This is the 5th apartment building I've lived in and this building has easily the most attentive management I've ever had. The upkeep on the complex is almost constant (they just painted the other day, actually) and I've never experienced a problem with sound or spiders. The lack of a thermostat is a problem, but it's a small price to pay for what is easily the best place I've ever lived in for the money. |
