There are pros and cons to this apartment complex. Some of the pros include cathedral ceilings, central air-conditioning, the nice balconys, and the great staff up front. However, there a lot more cons. First of all, the price of a two bedroom is outrageous, I don't care if this area is an "expensive" area. What's so great about living down the street from Little Mexico, and its many gang shootings. Also, the parking situation. There is a section of the complex that has assigned spots, several residents' guests and residents within the complex PARK in the "deeded" spots that aren't their own spots, and then when you go to call the towing company to move the vehicle, they tell you the management has to call. Also, you better make sure you have a good pair of boots and maybe a bag of salt, because I don't think this place knows what a snowplow is, or how to use one. The whole winter the drive and sidewalks were cleaned only ONCE, and it snowed at least 10 times. Poor service. For the money, this place should plow. I also fell on the walk in the pool area, while going to get money for my laundry card. Oh yea, the laundry! What can I say, first, the office CAN'T give you change for a 10, 20, 50 etc. so that you can put only 5 dollars in the machine because it also doesn't accept single dollar bills. Then, whoever heard of charging UNEVEN amounts to do laundry (1.98 wash; 1.46 dry)that means when you move out there will always be money left on the card. Also, don't think of using pocket change, the change machine for the card ONLY accepts BILLS!!! Lastly, hopefully you will get a chance to read this before moving in, and before management decides to pull this review!!!
