Nice apartment and staff but not so nice area

I was very happy living at Archstone. The apartments are nice and the staff is quick and considerate. I had no problems with neighbors or security, however, this area of Arlington Heights is not very nice. In addition, they vary on what they charge for rent. My friend lived in an identical apartment as me and paid $150 more than I did.
In general, for about the same amount of money you can live in the safe and clean area of downtown Arlington Heights.
