My wife and I lived there for a year. The apartments are very nice (newer fixtures, spacious, clean) and the staff is very friendly (front office is helpful and maintenance gets any repairs done quickly, they even walked my dog on several occasions when we traveled). Arlington Heights is a very improved and still improving neighborhood with great entertainment (theater, Arlington Park, lots of near by Golf courses) shops (both in the Village of Arlington Heiths and at Woodfield Mall in nearby Schaumburg), resturants (our favorite is Regina's), and public services. The area is safe, quiet, and attractive with great acces to the city via I90 or the Metra.
