Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We moved here on last April. At 1st week, some blinds began to fall.At 3rd week, lots of Ants & Termites were coming out from everywhere around heat unit. The office staff could not agree & sent me the unproffecional farmer to clean these ants. At 10th week, the manager annauncd that this apartment is going to conver to Condo. Now, many of renters are going out as we are going out on next March. This apartment looks very nice, but the office staff is somehow below average on basic skills like writing & speaking, so they would better to change office staff. Good Luck.
