Place is great, but the price is going up unreasonably

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The place is really good, the staff is friendly and they do all to make your life easier.

BUT the price is changed from year to year with very strange range (125 to 250 dollars)
So if you rent you apartment for $1000, you will find yourself with the price 1350-1500 in two years. it is almost 50% more that the initial price. It looks like too much.
