I moved here a few months ago, and while the rent might be a little higher than some places and utilities aren't included except trash, I love living here. The underground garage is great in the winter, and the elevators are wonderful for moving in. My friends love coming over and I have friendly neighbors finally! And I'm only a few minutes away from downtown, which is great. The people in the office are really nice too, and it seems like everyone really cares about the buildings and community.

These posts are fake. I live here and I can't wait until my lease is up. I have complained several times about the HUGE bugs in my apartment and nothing has been done. The staff does not care at all. I would not recommend it to any of my friends.
