I agree with the rent prices being high. I also prefer to have it that way thus it eliminates some "unwanted" type renters. The building speaks for itself. It is very well taken care of, your requests for anything that needs to be repaired is done within 48 hours or less. The pool are is sparkling and the addition of the grill this year was wonderful thinking. The social are or club house is great. There could be more social events but all in all it is just a great place and so quiet. We don't have the junk many other apartments will rent to. So the decision is really yours... pay the rent or put up with stereo's, police, kids in hallways, playing kids in stairwells and elevators. The fireplace is great in the winter when it is snowing this place looks like a park, it is beauty. Come see, rent and be happy!
