They take for ever to fix things, we had to replace the blinds ourselves and out of our pocket. The faucets leak. The toilet leaks. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart.

Half the time the washers and dryers don't work (and there's no refunds given).

They talk a good talk, but it just a bunch of hype.

Also there is truck noise at all hours of the night from the mall behind the apartments.
