Its not a bad place. The building I'm in is owned by an Investment Company. People are pretty friendly and it is relatively quiet considering there are so many children. I was a little disappointed when I moved in at the quality of the maintenance. I viewed a different apartment than I moved into and some of the things are kind of shoddy. Think'n of purchasing a condo when lease expires.
