The apartments are a decent size and the price isn't bad.

It's my understanding that all the buildings are individually owned, but the landlord I have is great. If something breaks, we call him and he's out to fix it the next day.

Also, I've lived in apartments most of my life, and these are by far, the quietest apartments I've ever been in. I very rarely hear my neighbors upstairs. Very well built.
