If you like noise,..and lots of it,.here's your place. Sure, there are noise rules,.but they are not enforced. But heaven help you if you put something out on your patio that isn't approved, or you blow a stop sign. the assocation always wants you to do something, alway some demand,..but when you want something done or have a concern,..tough. The tenants, at least in my building, are arrogant, selfish, slobs who think they are the only occupants. complete disregard for others is rampant. Good luck trying to catch a nap on a weekend or for some peace and quiet in the evening. Oh,..and the hallways look like a morg. and they smell like it too. The decor is somewhere in the 40's, or like a nursing home decor. they spend money on all sorts of ----,..except to the enterior design. they like to hire decorators without a clue, or who graduated design school in 1930. The place sucks as a whole.

Funny, I've lived there for almost 10 years and I never experienced significant noise problems. Stop signs are enforced by the Arlington Heights Police. Though, I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with it. As far as patio/balcony rules just about the only thing that isn't permitted is airing your laundry (no pun intended). The decor is being worked on. I don't approve of some of the choices myself, primarily for practical, but also for aesthetic reasons.
