The place hasn't been updated on the inside in years. The management company is completely inept. The board is even worse. They love to spend the money but god knows where it goes. Trying suggesting some improvements and they'll be ignored unless it's the suggestions of a chosen few. The interiors of the building are horrible, dirty, unkept and the carpet stinks. Shame on the management and the board.

The previous anonymous poster grossly exaggerates the condition of the buildings. The interiors are not horrible or unkept. They are fairly well maintained in cleanliness and order. The common areas are vacuumed regularly. I haven't smelled the carpet so I can't comment on its fragrance. Having said that, I agree with the poster that the board and management company in combination could have been more responsive and spend money a bit more wisely. However, the makeup of the board changed drastically this year, so it remains to be seen whether the new board does a better job.

I agree w/the reviewer,.poorly managed and it won't change anytime soon. and all the money goes to the pool. I think someone is ripping us off. And Yes,..the interiors are horrible!!! totally classless.
