You can only live at DANA POINT CONDOMINIUMS if you are stuck up and rude and get in other people's business. NOONE at that place can mind their own business. EVERYONE is nosey with no life of their own. They like to complain about everything up to but no including they way people walk and talk. If you are a normal person with a normal adult life watch out because the residents of Dana Point have nothing better to do with their lives besides complain about other people. And the worst part about all of it is the the office staff allow the pety and obsessive complaining to occur. Harassment is what I would call it. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO PAY ASSOCIATION DUES TO BE HARASSED!!!!I am glad I moved.

You're probably one of those noisey, obnoxious neighbors that decide midnight is a good time to re-arrange your furniture or vacuum! You desreve to be harrassed & then some. Dana Point is full self absorbed morons like you. Dana Point is a crappy place to live because of people like you,.who have no regard for anyone else.

It is a crazy place to live. Neighbors ARE ALL IN YOUR BUSINESS. one neighbor said the last three tenants, including myself, were bouncing balls at 3am. she complained the bouncing balls were over her head on the ceiling. then she said we nailed a picture in the wall at 1:00am and the condo board fined $100. crazy from top to bottom. it was once pretty, but the inside hallways are faded. generous floor plans, tho. just too bad the staff is just as jaded as the association.
