Once a community with a waiting list for rentals as well as purchases of the condo units. Since we've gotten new management(manager) The place has become quite depressing. Board members impose rules that make no sense, upkeep has gone to pot. Hallways stink, carpeting is so dirty and stained, you have to hurry,hold your nose and run towards your unit because of the stanch.Things are forever being repaired with limited access or use of the facilites, fitness center, building entrances etc. Moved to Central Park East what a difference.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU,...& let's not forget the self serving assoc. & mngment office. And the noisey, rude tenants.
