I have lived here for 5 years and will not be going anywhere. I have been practicing realestate on a part time basis now for several years; I have seen all of the condominiums in Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, and surrounding suburbs and let me tell you...there are no condos that compare. I just purchased a unit which I will have for rent,((Are you interested')). Trust me, these are the most undervalued condominiums in the northwest suburbs. Those posting negative comments have lived here for much too long! They are unreasonable and not willing or unable to accept any kind of change. These are the same folks who are still current residents; I ask why' If you don't like Danapoint you could surely sell it to me, and if I don't buy it, It would be an easy sell.

A typical investor, what does she care about the property as long as she gets her rent and tax write-off. Investors don't attend the board meeings, don't get involved as long as the rent is coming in. The previous writer was right, you are insane on both counts, and if you love the units so much why not purchase all 12 that are on the market as of yesterday.

yOU REALLY ARE NUTS,.."can't handle change & lived here too long?" What change?????? Where???? And are you saying one should Live @ Dana Point no more than 5 years to enjoy it? We're complaining because we've lived here too long? how stupid is that comment? You're not too sharp. Which is probably why you love it here. And I agree w/the other reviewer,.buy out those for sale units if you love it here so much.
