Beautiful well-kept grounds, spacious units, large balconies, and friendly neighbors. It doesn't get much better than this. The buildings are old so, yes, they require a great amount of maintenance. We are lucky to have a dedicated hardworking custodial staff who not only keep up with everyday maintenance, but respond promptly to resident's problems. Having moved here from Chicago 5 years ago I really appreciate the beautiful views, the amenities, and the friendly residents.
