If you are thinking about moving in to Dana Point I highly advise that you don't. Here at Dana Point they don't think you have a right to know what roads will be closed in the condo for construction. They are currently doing construction on the roads and they did not notify anyone that there would only be one way in and out of the place for up to a month. It is not a friendly place to live. There are no wheelchair ramps either. In my overall opion this place sucks.

Sounds like Uli is bored. It was all posted. Wake up. It is a very friendly place to live and the Board is doing a great job. We do however have "trouble makers" which are few and far between that need lives.

no, it's not friendly. i lived there. the board is in shambles, for quite some time. a new board was trying to get in, but even so: on the same floor, i was constantly harassed by neighbors in your business. there was one woman who said i was banging in the wall at midnight and i never once even hung a picture. there was $100 fine because she said it and a big meeting scheduled w/the condo board. it was ridiculous.
